The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NSSS) has an increasing number of exchange students each year. You will be living in a city that has all the benefits of a capital, while never being more than a 20-minutes bus ride from the sea or the forest. The location, facilities and resources are ideal for studies, physical activity and recreation.
Former exchange students point to the relatively small size of the institution as one of its great advantages. Small classes make the relationship between students and teachers quite close, and it is easy to get involved in a variety of student groups. NSSS participates in student exchange programs such as Erasmus and Nordplus, as well as several bilateral agreements. Exchange students typically attend NSSS for periods lasting between 3-12 months and return to their home university at the end of the exchange period.
