About the program

The master's program European Master in Physical Activity and Health (EMA) gives knowledge on and insight into the theoretical, methodological and practical sides of planning, implementation and coordination of physical activity for various age groups with different levels of physical functioning. This program is relevant for a wide array of occupations that work with preventive and health-promoting measures both within sports, healthcare system, and the society at large.

EMA offers the students an international perspective and experience within their professional specialization, as well as language and culture, which can be a big advantage on the Norwegian labor market, and which opens the doors to the international labor market. English as the language of instruction would also be a plus for those students wishing to continue their studies at a PhD program. Check out the short promotional video by following the link below to hear directly from EMA students about what it is like to study in Rome.
