Learning Environment
NIH works on providing an open, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Learning environment includes such things as physical, digital, organizational, pedagogical and interpersonal circumstances and relations in the students' everyday life. A good learning environment has thorough routines for student feedback. A good learning environment also offers better quality of education, higher satisfaction levels among students, and a better learning process.
Requirements for learning environments are stated in the Norwegian law. Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research manages the national body that governs learning environments in the Norwegian higher education sector.
