Project Description

A selection of head coaches operating at the Olympic level will be included in the first phase of the project. Through a qualitative approach, the goal is to document the recovery methods coaches employ from a psychological perspective. Furthermore, we will investigate how the quality of recovery affects mental health and performance. In the final phase of the project, the findings from the first phase will be implemented within the coaching team of one selected sport. The effect of the implementation will be assessed from both an organizational and an individual perspective.
