Purpose
The aim of this project is to highlight young people's voices and perspectives to gain a better understanding of their experiences of, motivation for, and participation in physical activity following a (re)habilitation stay at a health sports center. This knowledge can contribute to a better understanding of how to facilitate physical activity and address potential barriers, and it may potentially provide insights into whether a (re)habilitation stay promotes sustained participation in physical activity.
Project Description
The project is longitudinal, following the adolescents for 12 months after their stay. It employs a multi-method approach, using observation, interviews, and surveys as data collection methods
