Breakfast Seminar
Coaching and leadership roles in sports are often described as unsustainable, characterized by high work pressure and unpredictable working conditions. Many find it difficult to combine work and private life in a sustainable way.
In the research project “Gender Equality through a Sustainable Career for Coaches and Leaders in Sports”, researchers from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences and the University of Lyon in France have explored how women in sports perceive their work life – and what changes they believe are needed to make it more sustainable.
The seminar is free and open to anyone working in, researching, or studying sports – whether you’re an employer, coach, leader, or simply interested in a more sustainable sports sector. The seminar will be streamed on NIH’s YouTube channel. You do not need to register for the seminar to participate digitally. Physical attendance requires registration.
