Who can participate?

  • Men and women between 18 and 35 years of age
  • Some experience with strength training
  • No systematic leg strength training >1 / week in the last 6 months

What do you have to do?

  • 10 week training period with 3 sessions/week
    (ca. 30 min/session)
  • Two testing sessions in our laboratory with different strength testsbefore and after the training period
