Who can participate?
- Men and women between 18 and 35 years of age
- Some experience with strength training
- No systematic leg strength training >1 / week in the last 6 months
What do you have to do?
- 10 week training period with 3 sessions/week
(ca. 30 min/session)
- Two testing sessions in our laboratory with different strength testsbefore and after the training period
