Short biography

Associate Professor in friluftsliv at the Department of Physical Education. Master in friluftsliv at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences 2000, and PhD from the same institution 2015 on the theme "nature guiding and knowledge of relations". Have previously been working as a nature guide at Spitsbergen/Svalbard and as a lecturer at the University College of Southeast Norway, campus Bø. Have been chairman of the board in the Association for Friluftsliv in Higher Education since 2015.
