Matthieu Clauss is a PhD candidate at the Department of Physical Performance. He has a Master's degree in sports biology from the Université Paris-Saclay and a Master's degree in biochemistry from Chimie ParisTech. Current research focuses on the study and quantification of protein degradation in skeletal muscle during endurance exercise.
