Conference Fees

All fees are to be paid in Norwegian kroner (approximate value in € is based on the conversion rate of 1€ = 8.5 NOK as per 20.10.09).

Included in the conference fees are three lunches, all coffee breaks, welcome reception at the town house, transportation within Oslo, the Book of Abstracts and program, and the electronic version of the Book of Proceedings.

In addition you may purchase:

The banquet dinner, 250 NOK

The hard copy of the Book of Proceedings, 200 NOK

To be eligible for student fees, a valid confirmation of your student status must be presented.

The Registration deadline for the early bird fees is March 1st, 2010. Authors need to register by this date in order for their abstract to be published.

Accommodation

ARRIVING BY PLANE: It takes 20 minutes by Airport Express Train (flytoget) from Gardermoen Airport to the Central Train Station. You can also take the Airport bus (flybussen)

We have pre-booked a number of rooms apropriate for the BMS delegates. Trying to keep the costs down, we choose hotels in the downtown area in the lower end of the prise scale, however with nice standards. Hotel bookings must be done through our registration system.

Please also remember that BMS delegates will get a free pass with public transport in Oslo during the conference. This ensures easy travel from your hotel to the conference venue. The BMS organisers will try to help delegates find a room mate for sharing the double room costs, if nessesary.

Prises are given as rates per room per night, including breakfast. The currency, NOK is converted aproximately as: 1€=8.5 NOK, and 1US$=6NOK (as per 25.9.2009)

Anker Hostel is a modern hostel, located in the middle of Oslo. Just a 10-minute walk from Karl Johan, Oslo's main street, you'll find Anker Hostel. With a bus stop, tram stop and taxi stand right outside the door.
