The Fall semester starts in week 33 (14th August) - and this week will consist of information and an introduction to your studies - in addition to Norwegian language classes and of course social arrangements to help you get to know your new fellow students.

It is a tradition that Norwegian colleges and universities arrange a Buddy Week for new students in the beginning of the academic year. New students who want to participate are divided into groups and can take part in different social activities during the afternoons and evenings to get to know one another.
